Registration Information and Materials
Application process.
To apply for a spot in the tournament, each team must complete
a tournament application and mail it, along with the entry fee, to
the tournament committee. Teams traveling from outside of New Hampshire must also submit a
Permission to travel form which has been approved by their
state association.
- Application deadline: 9/19/09 (early-bird: 8/29/09)
- Entry fees:
U-9, $300 (early bird: $260)
U-10, $325 (early bird: $285)
U-11, $375 (early bird: $335)
U-12, $375 (early bird: $335)
U-13, $450 (early bird: $410)
U-14, $450 (early bird: $410)

Check-in materials.
Teams accepted into the tournament must check-in at
least 1 hour prior to their first match. At check-in, the team will need the following materials:
- State-certified team roster
- Player passes for any players not listed on roster
- Medical release forms for each player
